Documents recordings and tracking are very much important for products’ quality control and Order execution.
We Rockpas have our documents management rules to request the MFGs to follow the ISO9001 and API standards. Our engineers and inspectors will go to the MFG’s shops to check the raw materials and supervise the manufacturing process. All the original data will be recorded and put into our respective files. Through this arrangement, we ensure that every ordered product is made in full compliance with the Order requirement, and all the documents can be traced.
