When we receive an inquiry from our customer, our sales and engineers will cooperate with the MFG’s engineers to check if the products comply with the specifications, like the Design standard, the material code, then we will send our most competitive quotation to our customers.
Thickness UTS Check
Valve RIM torque Check
Final Pressure test
At the beginning of the Order execution, our inspectors will go to the workshop to check the raw materials. For valves, we will check the castings material; for pipes and pumps, we will check the rolls, to see whether the raw material is correct against the Order requirement. At the same time all the original documents from the MFGs will be copied and recorded.
During the manufacturing process, our engineers will go to the workshops to check the products to see whether the dimensions are right and whether the raw material is good after primary machining. If we found the raw material is not correct, we will reject it and request the MFG to purchase a new material. For example, if RIS engineer found the valve or pump castings have much porosity, or the welding repairing is not available, the casting will be rejected and sent back to foundry for destroy.
When the products have been completed, the RIS inspector will go to the MFG to do the final test again. For valves and pumps, the RIS inspector will do the pressure test again one by one as well as other tests required by the customers. For pipes, the RIS inspector will do the HC and SSC test and examination. Only after our final test, the goods are judged to be Okay, and can be released and shipped to our customer
